The Team
Since 2003, Alvarez & Marsal Public Sector Services (PSS) has helped government, education, and non-profit clients identify new ways to overcome challenges and implement sustainable change - pioneering a progressive, pragmatic, and forward-looking approach based on our experience applying operational and financial improvement principles in the private sector to address the unique challenges facing public sector organizations.
The team is seeking Managers and Directors to join its Public Sector Services (PSS) team with project leadership roles within the Federal Practice. In this role, the team member will work directly on Federal government consulting projects and integrate corporate capabilities from A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice, Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) and Tax practice into government efforts which require transaction advisory, capital markets and accounting expertise.

The following annual base salary ranges are dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography: Manager: $125,000-$190,000; Director: $150,000-$225,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
