Position: Director of Rehabilitation
Location: Midtown Oaks Post Acute
Pay Range: $125,000 - $175,000/year (DOE)
License Required: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed therapist (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP) in the state of California
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a rehab department
• In-depth knowledge of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) market
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
• Ability to drive outcomes and foster a positive team culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all rehab department operations
• Lead and mentor a team of therapists
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
• Develop and implement programs to maximize patient outcomes
• Manage departmental budgets and staffing needs
