Assistant Professor (Finance)
Minimum qualifications: The Department seeks accomplished candidates who can enhance our research and educational missions. The candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Mathematics or in a related area by the start date of the position. Successful candidates will have demonstrated potential for excellence in mathematics research and teaching, and a commitment to an inclusive environment and working with diverse communities.

Interdisciplinary research programs are strongly encouraged in the USF Mathematics and Statistics department. Our tenure and promotion process values collaborative research and teamwork, and many of the current faculty are engaged in collaborative research areas that include, but are not limited to Data Science, Cybersecurity, Medical Science, Marine Sciences, Nanotechnology, etc., within the college, and across the University.
