How You'll Make an Impact as a Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial results, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role will oversee aspects of technical accounting and external reporting, provide guidance to global teams, and address escalated issues while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Drives standardization in the reporting process and lead as technical resource for all ManpowerGroup countries
• Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex business problems and design creative solutions that have a positive impact on financial results.
• Proactively identifies and diagnose reporting issues to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and clarity of financial results, collaborating with business teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Supports global executives on special projects related to key strategic initiatives, improving oversight and accountability, as well as monitoring key leader indicators of success
• Collaborate with business leaders, country managers, and key stakeholders to review and finalize month-end financial data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall financial reporting
• Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies. Develops sustainable and repeatable ways of working that benefit the Finance team and/or broader business
• Takes an outside-in approach, integrating broader accounting and reporting trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to drive improvements and ensure compliance within ManpowerGroup's financial reporting processes.
• Builds confidence and credibility within the team to influence outcomes aligned to enterprise goals, challenges status quo and leaders as appropriate. Regularly sought out for consult / counsel prior to decisions being made
• Demonstrates leadership capabilities that would allow them too regularly:
o Influence and inspire others; gain followers
o Lead special projects / work teams
• Collaborate with local country leadership to create efficiencies and support the month-end close process
• Perform ad-hoc analysis on reporting and other key operational metrics to draw conclusions and recommendations in business actions solve month-end close problems
Qualifications:
What you'll bring with you

• 3-5+ years' of relevant progressive financial experience
• Bachelor's Degree - Finance or Accounting

• Education: MBA or CPA
• Prior experience with a global organization and/or Fortune 500 company
