Director of Staff Development (Healthcare)

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Staff Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all educational programs for our staff to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive staff training programs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
• Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staff development or a similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
