Position Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, in collaboration with cross-functional teams for prototype and development efforts, new business component awards, and process improvement efforts.Allocate and manage project resources effectively, personnel, equipment, materials, etc. to meet customer and project objectives.Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them with minimal impact to the project timeline.Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Clear understanding of engineering processes such as print reading, machining processes, GD&T skills, etc.Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project team members and customer contacts to ensure that everyone is informed about project progress and challenges.Evaluate and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost while effectively communicating the impact.Organize and lead customer meetings with appropriate input from internal stakeholders.Manage project cost and revenueBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.Serve as the primary point of contact prior to the projects full launch into manufacturing.Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment both internally and externally.
