ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Sales Manager Airborne Sensors will have sales responsibility for the complete GSD airborne sensor solutions portfolio: • Large format cameras • Medium format cameras including Oblique systems • Airborne LIDAR systems (Topography, Bathymetry) • Peripherals, software, 3rd party products (hardware, software) • DaaS aerial data content and services DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Support and development of existing customer base • Acquisition of new airborne sensor customers (private & governmental market) • Developing new market segments (mining, crisis management, remote sensing, monitoring, etc.) • Calculation and preparation of proposals and quotes • Development and cooperation with Finders, Agents and Resellers • Sales related project coordination with technical support and product management • Sales planning and reporting • Marketing activities in coordination with marketing and product management • Additional duties may be assigned from time to time
