Responsibilities: Installs and maintains network operating systems, software and hardware on network equipment; maintains system documentation.Diagnoses problems with network equipment and performs equipment repairs or upgrades when appropriate.Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.Installing and maintaining firewalls, establishing, and maintaining company-wide access policies to the internetProviding technical support and assistance to employeesWorks with the IT Manager and third-party vendors in planning, installation, and documentation of network topology and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network connected end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices.Validate and test fixes to ensure end user problem has been adequately resolved.Maintains inventory.Demonstrates operational knowledge of network and routing protocols, Windows Server and Active Directory, as well as switch configuration and programming.Assist in maintaining Zoom phones.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Position Requirements: Associate or bachelors degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.Three to five years of experience in healthcare technical support preferred.
