Your Responsibilities
Welcomes all patients and visitorsAnswers and directs all calls to appropriate departments and staff membersTriage patient calls to determine path to action regarding scheduling needsCollects full, complete, and accurate insurance informationOptimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephoneAssists with incoming and outgoing patient referralsHave working knowledge of all providers within our practice in order to fill schedules based on business needsComforts patients by anticipating anxieties and answering questionsEnsures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient recordsMaintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial informationStay in frequent communication via chat, phone and email with our clinical staff and insurance/billing staffProtects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial informationContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
