- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT compliance, risk management, IT audit, or a related role.
- Internal and / or External audit experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Big 4 experience, preferred.
- Active pursuit of CISA, CIA, CPA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification, preferred.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data analytical tools, preferred.
TK Elevator is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Governance Experienced Associate located in Atlanta, GA.
In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring IT compliance and managing risk across operations in the Americas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures in line with global guidance and relevant local regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk mitigation practices.
- Implement IT compliance frameworks, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT compliance and risk management processes.
- Assist management with Service Organization Controls (SOC) annual reviews for audit, including mapping current controls to CUEC requirements and identifying gaps for remediation.
- Complete annual IT continuity plans based on Disaster Recovery testing.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes, including those from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
