Sr. Dir, OneS4 Business Template Owner (Finance)
We are recruiting for a Sr. Director, OneS4 Business Product Owner (BPO) as the global template leader for the OneS4 application product, accountable for the design, implementation, and optimization of the solution across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and Market. This position plays a key role in managing and maximizing the value of the SAP S/4 HANA product and capabilities. Preferred location is Summit, New Jersey however other locations will be considered.

What will you do
The Sr. Director position will be a critical part of the portfolio of Enterprise Programs, a set of highly complex, multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain and Finance digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem, standardizing our core business processes across Supply Chain, Market and Financial Operations, and enabling our integrated data strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Kenvue OneS4 global template across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Market.
3. Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and urgency through a robust Demand Intake and Management process.
4. Facilitate required testing cycles inclusive of Business Simulation Testing (BST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering with Tech Quality to define acceptance criteria and ensure delivered features meet the required quality standards, and provide training to end-users to ensure adoption and value realization.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and Market and SAP S/4 HANA platform; serving as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices, capabilities, and process optimization.
1. Minimum of Bachelor's degree required
2. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or Information Technology with 3 years of experience with the SAP S/4 HANA product application and the connected technology ecosystem required
3. Minimum of 10 years of Program Management leadership experience on large complex business transformation programs required, one of which being a large-scale ERP implementation
4. Demonstrable understanding of Supply Chain and/or Financial Process Operations required
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is required
6. Strong communication skills, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms is required
7. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with demonstrable ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result
8. Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops (Blueprint), assessments and planning sessions for cross functional topics
9. Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is helpful
