Senior Relationship Manager - Mutlinational Commercial Banking (Finance)

The Sr. Relationship Manager is responsible for developing relationships within Multinational Commercial Banking (MCB). MCB is a niche business line withing Wintrust's Middle Market Commercial Banking Team. This business focuses on treasury management, lending, foreign exchange, capital markets, and international banking needs of foreign multinational corporations operating in the United States.
What You'll Do
Increase the Bank's profitability by cultivating new commercial business relationships
Nurture existing client relationships by assessing and meeting client's business and personal needs through cross selling activities
Provides exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships
Negotiate proper loan structure
Maintain properly documented files
Sustain comprehensive understanding of current commercial products offered in the market and keep informed of all relevant industry trends and practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting (preferred)
Solid understanding of general credit and risk principles, mitigates, and banking policies/procedures; highly competent in complex capital structuring
10+ years' sales management and relationship management experience within a commercial banking environment
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Willing to travel domestically and internationally
Fluency in Spanish, German, French, Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese preferred
