OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER - It's about exceeding your potential.
As a global HR Consulting firm, Korn Ferry works with clients to close the gap by making sure the right people are in the right roles with the right rewards and support to succeed. Through five core solutions, organizational strategy, assessment and succession, talent acquisition, leadership and professional development, and total rewards, we help clients synchronize strategy and talent to drive performance. Each of these solutions is supported by the Digital team's technology platforms, developers, and delivery personnel. Ensuring our products, and the teams that support them, integrate privacy and security into their activities is of utmost importance.
We are looking for a sharp and effective IT Compliance Project Manager with a passion for the constantly evolving world of technology, compliance, privacy, and security. The IT Compliance Project Manager, a part of the Digital Compliance team, is an integral part of the company's Digital Governance and Compliance team and helps drive our market success by ensuring "compliance, privacy and security by design" is embedded within our digital products and processes.
The successful candidate will quickly learn how our products are architected, developed, used and most importantly, understand the data that flows through them. Equally important will be their ability to build relationships with colleagues who design, develop, support, and use these products. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance program projects are tightly managed to ensure deadlines are met and cross-functional buy-in to solutions is agreed upon.
The IT Compliance Project Manager works for Sr. Director Digital Compliance under the office of the Chief Operating & Delivery Officer, Korn Ferry Digital, and will lead the incorporation of the company's responsibilities for handling personal data into the Digital team. This position will work closely with SMEs throughout the company and its lines of business to ensure that compliance with regulations and client's contractual clauses are met.
To be successful in the role, the IT Compliance PM will require strong analytical, organizational, and consulting skills as well as strong knowledge of information security, audit, risk management, privacy, and other organizational compliance functions.
