The Specialist, HR Solutions Excellence, plays a critical role within the HR Solutions Excellence function by delivering efficient, scalable, and compliant HR services. As part of the HR Solutions team, this role partners with Talent and Total Rewards/HRIS Centers of Excellence as well as HR teams within Gibraltar's portfolio of businesses to implement adaptable and innovative HR solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing HR processes, and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do
Triage, resolve or escalate questions relating to the array of HR solutions in alignment with Gibraltar talent strategy to deliver adaptable, efficient, and proven solutions to multiple discreet businesses with broadly distributed diverse workforces.
Support the development and implementation of HR processes and policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including affirmative action plans, federal contractor filings (e.g., EEO-1), and immigration cases.
Lead recruitment and onboarding for Corporate roles, driving a positive candidate experience and aligning with diversity and affirmative action goals.
Serve as HR Business Partner to Corporate team including coaching Corporate leaders on talent management, performance improvement, and employee relations to foster an engaged and high-performing workforce.
Reference employment policies and participate in investigations or resolution of employee relations concerns.
Conduct regular audits and assessments, partnering with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to standards.
Maintain workforce dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights on the success of HR solutions and drive data-driven decisions.
Champion data integrity and system optimization through audits, continuous improvement, and effective utilization of enterprise HR systems.
Collaborate with the Director to establish user-friendly information channels and record retention protocols.
Serve as primary resource for colleagues with questions relating to enterprise HR systems, referencing training materials and troubleshooting to optimize adoption and effectiveness.
Utilize change management strategies to drive adoption and effective communication of new HR systems and processes.
What we need
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws, including experience with compliance reporting and audits.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in HRIS/HCM system experience required - UKG preferred.
Bachelor's degree required with Human Resources focus strongly preferred.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification considered a plus
Domestic travel up to 10%.
