Outreach Participation Specialist (Finance)
The Role
ITHAKA is seeking a teamwork and detail oriented individual to support access to the ITHAKA suite of products and services across our communities. You will join Outreach and Participation Services, a team dedicated to growing and managing our network of more than 11,000 library partners in 170 countries.
As an Outreach Participation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our full suite of platform products and services such as JSTOR, Portico, and ITHAKA Infrastructure Services. This is a great opportunity for a collaborative and service oriented individual who loves a challenge to learn what goes into managing our relationships, from identifying prospects to supporting them through the sales cycle. You will work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Outreach Operations and Support and in partnership withthe Outreach team, with an emphasis on a regional pod team. This is a full-time position, expected to work 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
The Outreach Participant Specialist supports the sales activities of the Outreach regional teams. You will collaborate with Outreach Account Ownersand libraries to facilitate the ordering process, provide pre-sale and post-sale support, and lead the administrative needs of the Outreach team.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year. Starting pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our total compensation package for benefits-eligible employees includes employer-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, an employer-paid 10% retirement contribution, paid parental and caregiver leave, 22 days of paid time off, 11 paid holidays, up to 12 sick days, gym reimbursement, and more.
