Tap into the professional possibilities of Enterprise Products Company. The Facilities Assistant is an integral part of the daily facility operations located at 1100 Louisiana. The individual is responsible for the day-to-day administrative responsibilities within the Facilities Services group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Survey, Repair and maintenance furniture at multiple facilities.
Assist with survey, repair and maintenance of the occupied office space.
Execute internal and external office relocation that will require movement of personal computer equipment and office furniture.
Assist in receiving and delivering office supplies as requested.
Interact with outside contractors such as Pioneer, USPS, and FedEx.
Assist other departments with moving large and heavy boxes as requested.
Provide support to tenants' request for coordinating after-hours delivery with security, and special events associated with the facility.
Additional projects as required and as ability demonstrates.
Assisting the Facilities group with move requests, furniture delivery, hanging art, etc.
Accommodating after hours work when needed.
Assisting with IT equipment deliveries.
Assisting with conference center set up.
Providing additional assistance to the Executive floors when requested.
Stocking copy paper, water and soft drinks to Executive floors.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of a high school or GED is required.
5 years' experience of Facilities services is required.
Experience with Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word is required.
Ability to learn software quickly.
Good verbal and written communication skills, and math aptitude is required.
Ability to communicate clearly, tactfully and professionally to all internal and external customers.
Professional presentation.
Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
Flexible and dependable, ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
Able to work independently. A self-starter.
Able to work and demonstrates a sense of urgency, responsiveness, and awareness of tasks and priorities.
