Position Summary:
The newly established Office of Academic Support for Undergraduate Students seeks a self-directed, customer-service oriented department coordinator to provide advanced administrative support and coordination toOASUS staff and programming in the management of the office and the soon-to-be-established testing center. This position manages the budget, plans and coordinates departmental events, manages program scheduling, coordinates day-to-day Testing Center operations and supervises student workers, and supports a collaborative work environment.

Workplace Requirements:
This position is offered as a seasonally hybrid role, combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and support collaboration. During the fall and spring semesters when the OASUS Testing Center is open, the position is exclusively on-site, necessitating all duties to be performed in Fondren Library. During recesses and outside OASUS Testing Center hours of operation, this position will offer the opportunity for remote work. Per Rice policy 440 , work arrangements may be subject to change.
Hiring Range: $23.41 - $25.43 per hour
*Non-Exempt (hourly) positions under FLSA are eligible for overtime.
