Human Resources Business Partner (Hybrid) (Finance)
“A Day in the Life”
As a bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will drive innovative and collaborative HR leadership for the West Region of our largest business unit, Mobile Modular. This critical role will partner with multiple, dynamic leaders who lead sales, operations, and production teams. And, the largest segment of employees in this client group is in production and warehouse roles, where you will provide support and guidance for managers, supervisors, and non-union employees who are primarily Spanish-speaking. You will take the lead on key HR initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation with leaders and front-line employees. This role involves high levels of interaction with various organizational leaders with the HR team and throughout the Company, allowing you to influence and shape our workplace culture.
