Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Workplace Practice Group in Dallas. The successful candidate will be a client leader with guiding industry knowledge, recognized specialization in workplace projects, and recognized ability to impact revenue and growth. We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated individual who can fully interpret, coordinate, and execute projects and processes of any scale. The candidate should possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation and documentation abilities. This role will support projects in Dallas, Houston, and Austin, among others.
The ideal candidate will be a team leader and mentor at all levels who effectively embodies and expresses Arcadis's values and mission, takes a lead role in business development, and identifies and cultivates new relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and an excellent team player, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
The ability to multi-task, follow through on assignments, and meet deadlines is crucial. Additionally, strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
