Property Management Assistant (Project Management)
We are seeking an Property Management Assistant for the Property Management Department.
The purpose of the Property Management Assistant is to assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations, tenant, and landlord relations of assigned property or portfolio through the coordination of requests and administration of maintenance services. The Property Management Assistant serves as the primary daily contact for tenant and landlord; maintains Property Management technology platforms, databases, and documents; provides support for the Insurance Committee in preparation of insurance documentation and maintaining the Committee's SharePoint Site.
