Contract Administrator (Finance)

Summary of Responsibility: The Contract Administrator is responsible for facilitating the execution of contracts for the sale of machine tools as well as tooling & accessory orders; including analyzing the order and related paperwork, procuring the machine and all related accessories, issuance of order acknowledgements to the customer, scheduling the delivery of the equipment, coordinating the install and training schedule with applicable departments and setting up the sales order in the ERP system. This position communicates with customers, vendors, sales personnel, and other internal departments to provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution is in accordance with company policies.
