Qualifications: Education and Experience
Minimum of 8 years of strong payroll experience.
Experience processing payroll for an organization (500+ employee base).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and deep understanding of systems integration challenges and process knowledge.
Knowledge and experience with large integrated payroll and HR software is required, (UKG )preferred.
Exceptional ethical behavior maintaining extreme confidentiality regarding payroll, personnel and sensitive financial information.
Ability to understand complex rules and laws as related to payroll, and follow instructions correctly.
Ability to perform with extreme accuracy, meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze large amount of data.
Ability to exhibit excellent customer and employee interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time pressure, often times independently.
Ability to work well with a team and collaborate with others.
Ability to demonstrate strong MS Excel skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for long periods.
Ability to work on a computer for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs with assistance.
Ability to hear normal conversations on the phone and in person.
Ability to see, read and interpret documents.
