General Summary: Under limited supervision, obtains revenue and processes vendor invoices in an Accounting system.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Analyzes vendor invoices for accuracy and validity.
2. Prepares and sends invoices to customers.
3. Locates and revises invoice errors.
4. Performs routine bookkeeping and maintains records of costs of goods and services.
5. Enters invoices into an Accounting system.
6. Posts payments into customer accounts.
7. Reconciles deposits.
8. Resolves discrepancies in accounting records.
9. Corresponds with vendors for billing purposes.
10. Maintains records of invoices and support documents.
Job Specifications
1. 1+ years Accounting experience is required.
2. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
3. Strong PC skills are required.
4. Must be skilled in 10-key data entry.
5. Requires attention-to-detail and accuracy.
Working Conditions
1. Office environment.
2. Repetitive hand, wrist and finger activities.
Compensation
$23.00 per hour/ non-exempt
