Associate Account Manager, Client & Digital Services (Information Technology)

Our current hybrid approach requires staff to work onsite a minimum of two days each week, every Tuesday and one other day, to be determined by their business unit. Hybrid staff are also welcome to come in additional days each week or may be asked to come in on other days by their manager.
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The National Corporate Sponsorship department is responsible for securing corporate sponsors for national television series/programs/websites/podcasts produced by GBH and contracted outside producers. The department is made up of several teams: sales, marketing, research and Client & Digital Services.
The Client & Digital Services staff works with national corporate sponsors to execute all aspects of the sponsorships. They are the primary liaisons with national sponsors and the series production units, and partner with the sales team on sponsorship renewals and upsells.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Associate Account Manager, reporting to the Director of Client & Digital Service, plays a key role in assisting in the management of relationships, sponsorship deliverables, and the renewal process with national corporate sponsors.
The Associate Account Manager will assist in strategic outreach to clients and production teams, and collaborate with all vested partners to educate necessary parties on client priorities and objectives for assigned sponsorship projects.

Spot rights and accompanying documentation from sponsors
Assist in relationship management with production teams
Communicate with clients
Help manage special projects
SKILL SET
Candidates must have extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, be a confident public speaker, pay high attention to detail, and be a well-organized time-manager of multiple projects with various, often last-minute deadlines.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to exercise good judgment under pressure, and exhibit poise and professionalism when communicating with executives.
Experience working in a corporate setting and/or a client-focused environment.
Proficient with Macintosh systems, and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint applications. Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, and Salesforce a plus.
Accomplished navigator of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
2-4 years of experience in related fields (marketing, media, agency work, client relationships, business development) is required.
