Content Marketing Specialist (Hybrid) (Manufacturing)
1. Develop and execute impactful content used across all communication channels.
2. Collaborate with marketing communications team to align content with annual strategies.
3. Leverage CRM and marketing automation to push meaningful content to prospective and existing customers to support the sales process and customer relationships.
4. Collaborate with corporate office to execute company communications.
5. Support internal communications, as needed (videos, news, updates, etc.)
6. Manage, coach, mentor and develop creative services individual on marketing communications team. 7. Manage spend and external vendors.
8. Collaborate with outside vendors to plan and execute projects, as needed (video, photography, etc.). 9. Develop metrics and track performance for key initiatives, with an eye for continuous improvement.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Marketing Communications team.
Education/Certification
Level Required
Bachelor's Degree Experience
Work Experience Required Desired
Ideally 3-5 years of related experience
Hybrid work: Ideally this person would be able to work in the Oconomowoc
office at least 3 days a week

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal; solid storytelling, writing, and copy-editing skills.
3. Ability to solve problems with cross functional teams.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
5. Ability to handle the stress of working with others.
6. Availability outside of normal business hours.
7. Knowledgeable and experienced with social media platforms and marketing analytics platforms.
8. Demonstrated work ethic and initiative, energetic and a self-starter.

Travel Requirements
Travel up to 10% to support trade shows, customer visits and plant visits
