Why We Need You:
• Oversee the Chairman's personal calendar, including family events and school schedules
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chairman and family
• Manage personal shopping, gifting, and special occasions
• Schedule and coordinate family-related appointments
• Plan and organize personal and family events
• Manage diverse projects related to business, community, and personal interests
• Handle financial and accounting matters confidentially
• Coordinate calendar, travel, and meeting arrangements
• Work closely with team members to prepare for meetings and engagements
• Plan events and manage philanthropic interests
• Research, hire, and supervise vendors and contractors
• Ensure routine maintenance of homes and vehicles
• Handle shopping and errands
• Carry out responsibilities professionally and respectfully
What We're Looking For:
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of administrative experience
• Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
• Professional communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
