Under the general direction of the Vice President of Operations and Director of Facilities, the Facility Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning and daily operations for buildings campus wide. This includes leading the budgeting, financial management, and forecasting of facility operations in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, to determine deferred maintenance activities, track vendor performance and key performance indicators for building operations. In this role, the Facility Manager is expected to ensure a functional and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.FACILITY MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
