Post Harvest Associate (Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm)
Job Summary
The Post Harvest Associate will assist the Post Harvest team in all aspects of Post Harvest operations. This is an active environment focusing on the processing, trimming, and packaging of plant material.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position includes, but is not limited to the following:
Assisting with cutting down plantsMoving plants and material from one room to anotherDe-budding, trimming, and packaging materialMaintaining a clean workspace compliant with the state regulatory bodyRunning, cleaning, and otherwise maintaining machinery specific to Post Harvest tasksOrganizing large quantities of productOrganizing and recording metric tags according to the state regulatory standardsFollowing proper safety protocol at all timesCommunicating with team members and management to accomplish tasks assignedKeeping track of separate strains and batchingBurping materialAbility to work as a team and individuallyWeigh and record plants and materialMove totes from one area to anotherProduction schedule/environment
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Post Harvest Manager
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Anyone with production facility experienceExperience with operating machinery or mechanically inclinedAnyone with great organizational skillsCannabis experience is a plus

Available to work 40+ hours per 7-day weekAvailable to work weekends when requestedAble to lift 50 pounds
