In this role, you will assist in overseeing the Culinary operations of the Waldorf Astoria New York managing a large team producing exceptional and varied food and beverage offerings.

What will I be doing?
As Executive Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of the planning, preparation, production and control of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Salary Range: The annual salary range for this role is $160,000 - $170,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
