Business Analyst Support (Information Technology)
DH Pace Company, Inc. is searching for a Business Analyst Support to join our Corporate Process Improvement Team in Olathe, KS! You will provide support to Business Analysts (BA's) and management on process improvement projects to ensure successful project completion. Support may include, but is not limited to, documentation, training, and coordination.
Primary responsibilities:
- Actively participate when assigned as a supporting resource on process improvement projects.
- Document existing business data and determine how to improve existing business processes by gathering information and analyzing the business needs of the project.
- Provide assistance to end users of DH Pace's ERP systems as directed by BA's and/or management.
- Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of the major software platforms that are utilized by the company and possess a solid understanding of how the platforms integrate amongst one another.
- Acquire and stay current with the company structure including reporting relationships, chain of command, and the products/services offered in order to effectively complete assigned projects.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or two (2) years of related experience required or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel, SharePoint, and Visio
- Strong analytical skills, communication and project management skills
