The Senior Business Analyst analyzes different business areas to determine process improvement, automation needs and opportunities. Education and experience requirements:
6+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst including requirements gathering, technical writing, functional specification, and analytics.
3 years of proven experience in project management required.
3 years of experience of leading change and training initiatives while implementing technical solutions.
(Laboratory operations or health sciences industry preferred)
Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration and Computer Systems or other related field.
Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Prefer to have Microsoft CRM experience.
