BU Controller - Mobility US (Finance)

Role description:
Join an engaged and motivated Mobility Finance team to partner with and support leadership in understanding their business through effective challenge and by providing insightful and accurate management information that will help improve business performance as well as the accuracy of reporting. Provide effective financial management & control for the business unit. This job can be performed in any Arcadis US office
The BU Controller reports directly to the BA Controller.
Role accountabilities::
Act as a business partner to support the BU Director and BA Controller in decision-making:
The candidate should have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and at least 5+ years of experience as a senior finance leader with broad experience in finance management and reporting in a global setting.
Further, the candidate should have proven experience as a strong business partner with an excellent understanding of client needs combined with a thorough knowledge of project business and driving finance transformation and/or operational excellence processes (including leading, motivating, and developing remote finance teams).

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $97,600 - $125,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
