Position Summary
The BSA CYEX EDD Specialist III position is responsible for performing an enhanced due diligence (EDD) review of high-risk currency exchange (CYEX) commercial customers providing necessary oversight of the customer's BSA program. This will include pre-onboarding analysis, risk assessment completion and reporting, ongoing monitoring including site visits.
What You'll Do
Complete enhanced due diligence for currency exchange commercial customers, assess the overall risk and complete necessary documentation of findings.
Analyze high-risk customers and other identified accounts for unusual and suspicious activity.
Work collaboratively with Commercial and Treasury Management to understand CYEX customers.
Communicate both internally and externally at all levels as part of the EDD process.
Participate in projects, audits, exams, etc. Develop targeted reviews.
Provide guidance and support to business lines, corporate units and compliance officers.
Complete annual EDD reviews and analysis of site visits.
Conduct quality control functions for all aspects of the BSA CYEX Unit.
Qualifications
2 - 3 years banking experience and 1 - 2 years BSA experience.
Working knowledge of various laws, regulations and guidance as it relates to BSA, AML and OFAC.
Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills.
CAMS certified or in the process of obtaining CAMS certification or other BSA/Fraud related certification.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $30.77-$38.47, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
