The Regional Operations Manager's (ROM) primary responsibilities are customer satisfaction and exceeding the business plan of their regional business units. The primary duties are to provide leadership for the Technical Services teams, to support the sales process, and to develop Technical Services associates. The operational decisions made at this level will be conducted within the business plan, budget, policies, and procedures, all while promoting the core values of the company.
