The primary function of the Technical Process Analyst Intern will be to provide first level support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and/or other computing technologies within the HES Business Unit. The candidate may grow their technical and IT expertise in the technologies that provide the computing environment to the BU. The candidate may interact with the Engineering end users but will primarily work as part of the Smart Manufacturing IT support group to continuously improve the Application functionality within the various Howmet Engineered Structures locations to enhance the automation of the process control environment. The position requires a base knowledge of programming fundamentals as acquired through an Information Technology or comparable curriculum and a desire to learn other applications and IT technologies.
