JOB SUMMARY:
Our Director of Finance directs the overall management of strategic and tactical financial planning, with key activity that includes definition, deployment and management of Premier's annual operating plan; balance-sheet assessment and management; driving continuous improvement in Finance and related business processes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Use strong financial and business acumen to assist the executive team and other leaders in the creation of enterprise-wide strategic plansManage and track engagement profit and loss, revenues, and charge modelsDrive and support execution of financial planning process by improving process timing, expectations, and partnering with business teams to provide cross-functional collaborationConsolidate detailed reports on financial performance, key assumptions and opportunities, and risks on a quarterly and annual basis for senior leadership and external shareholdersLead the continual improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the company, including implementation and management of forecasting and reporting tools and systemsProvide insightful analysis regarding period over period and actual vs. forecast performance; continually improve and manage variance analyses reporting
