Offal Attendant June 2025 (Personal Services)

Purpose/Scope:
This position maintains the day to day operations of the Offal building. This includes attending the proper distribution of the by-products from the processing facility into their appropriate disposition trailers for hauling and sale to vendors purchasing the by-products for rendering and other purposes. This position will also be responsible for basic maintenance operations such as greasing of bearings and checking fluid levels in equipment. This position will answer directly to the Refrigeration Manager but will also work closely with the Maintenance department to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the equipment in the Offal building.
