Payroll Administrator (Association Team) (Administrative)
As the payroll administrator, you'll be fully responsible for the payroll function, ensuring accurate & timely payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and high-quality service to our employees & leadership team. The Payroll Administrator is the subject matter expert for all things payroll and stays up-to-date with evolving regulations. Additionally, as part of the HR team, this position supports general HR functions and projects to contribute to a positive and effective workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer bi-weekly payroll processing using UKG Workforce Ready (HRIS software).Review payroll reports for accuracy throughout the pay cycle.Process payroll-related documentation in UKG, including direct deposit changes, tax withholdings, and deductions.Manage quarter and year-end payroll closings, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.Serve as the Plan Administrator for retirement processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to plan regulations.Provide reporting and support as the primary contact for external auditors and compliance reviews.Contribute to HR projects and support department initiatives.Deliver excellent customer service to supervisors and staff, ensuring payroll inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
