Administrative Assistant (Finance)
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative support which may include, general administrative support, assisting with setting meetings, communicating with office staff, overseeing all office contractors and vendors, processing and receiving mail and shipments, requisitioning of supplies, and organizing office operations and procedures. The Administrative Assistant will ensure we have a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. This is not an all-encompassing list; other duties may be assigned.
Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of one to three years experience.
