Director of Commercial Credit Delivery (Finance)
General Summary (What is done and why)
The Director of Commercial Credit Delivery is responsible for building and maintaining credit quality within the commercial loan portfolio consistent with organizational strategic and financial objectives. The Director will manage the commercial lending credit function, inclusive of both managerial responsibilities for all Credit Analysts and direct underwriting work on commercial loan requests. The position is instrumental in implementing a strong credit culture with the commercial credit area to assist in maintaining the desired loan quality of the commercial loan portfolio. This position is also responsible to manage efficiencies within the commercial lending department to ensure the Credit Union meets or exceeds commercial lending internal service level agreement goals on a continuous basis. Collaboration is essential with the Sales, other areas of Operations, Collections, Compliance and other Departments to ensure a smooth workflow from one department to another.

Internal - Work is normally performed in climate-controlled office environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of normal office equipment (computers, telephones, etc). No known environmental hazards are encountered in normal performance of duties. Length of day is unpredictable; long hours may be required to accommodate deadlines or special meetings.
