Payroll Coordinator (Administrative)
Supervisory Requirements
Qualification Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma/GED required Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Accounting or Business-related field of study preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience Preferable Language Skills Strong verbal communications skills, Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees either verbally or thru written communication. Mathematical Skills Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite products and strong in excel. (FPC) Fundamental Payroll Certification strongly recommended. (CPP) Certified Payroll Professional Certification preferred but not required.
