We're looking for a Director of Lease Management to navigate the lease document process from takeoff to touchdown for our new and existing tenants. Chart the Course: Guide lease documents through every stage—from draft to execution—ensuring smooth and timely approvals.
Keep the Systems in Flight: Manage our Lease Management Software to ensure accurate data entry, billing, and compliance, keeping everything in perfect alignment.
Recruit New Co-Pilots: Partner with our VP of Concessions to develop and launch solicitation documents, helping us onboard top-tier tenants.
Lead the Ground Crew: Serve as Administrator for the solicitation process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Compensation:
What You'll Do:
• Assist the VP of Concessions in developing solicitation documents to recruit food, beverage, retail passenger services, and others as needed for the program. Serve as Administrator for concessions solicitations
• Draft leases, service provider agreements, amendments, and other tenant-related documents for Department review ensuring contract language complies with administrative, financial, environmental, legal, and other standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Legal department in drafting documents and aligning lease language with organizational intentions and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist VP and/or Director of Concessions with resolving lease language disputes with leases
• Responsible for developing policies and procedures for lease management and tenant relations and sharing alignment with corporate goals and legal requirements.
• Develop Lease Abstracts for improved oversight of lease terms and track key contract dates including lease expirations and options
• Monitor the overall performance of the lease management program making decisions to optimize leasing strategies tenant compliance and system usage.
• Develop KPI's for measuring success and report performance outcomes to senior leadership.
• Manage Lease Management Software including entry of lease documents, and utilize reporting features to monitor agreement activity. Serve as subject matter expert for the Department and train on new modules added to the system
• Perform lease audits to ensure the accuracy of billing
