This role is essential in overseeing a streamlined, patient-centered intake process while driving quality improvement initiatives. The Clinical Intake & Quality Improvement Project Manager will work closely with the ARCH, prevention and screening, and clinical teams to ensure efficient patient eligibility verification, insurance enrollment, and access to care services. Additionally, this position will lead and support Continuous Quality Management (CQM) initiatives, leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance patient care, engagement, and health outcomes.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
