Strong interpersonal skills. Creative, adaptable, capable of self-motivation and independence.
Proven ability to generate PowerPoint presentations and tailor them to the specific needs of customers.
Strong grasp of drug development from pre-clinical to commercialization, with solid scientific knowledge of mRNA manufacturing principles.
Customer-facing attitude. The ability to build relationships based on trust and long-term dedication. Strong gravitas, particularly confident in specific technology area of focus.
Leadership skills, ability to professionally lead group discussions involving senior executives from pharma & biotech companies.
Experience in working in and driving teams to a specific customer-based result.
Independently and creatively develop individual deal structures to translate Lonza's SM value proposition into successful offers.
Strong great teammate.
Strong personal belief and self-confidence in their ability to effectively communicate technical capabilities in the area of focus.
Drive and desire to constantly improve selling skills.
High energy level and engaging style to easily form a range of customer relationships.
Ability to speak technically at multiple levels within an organization.

A Master's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering. PhD and/or MBA or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
Preferred areas of study: Biology, Biochemistry, or related Engineering.
