Responsibilities:
- Lead and support our nursing team with strong leadership and clinical expertise
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to continuously enhance quality of life
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting best practices in long-term care
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio
- Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to mentor and develop nursing staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
