Quality Assurance Representative Responsibilities:
Investigate and provide detailed information to Account Executive issues via Mediprocity, email, phone call, etc. Maintain accurate facility information (facility lists, backup lists, etc.) Complete Occurrence Reports on recurring issues to be evaluated by QA Manager/Compliance Officer and shared with other necessary department heads Identify trends in facility related complaints to assist in the internal pharmacy resolutions Communicate with department heads and supervisors to assist in the delivery of specifically requested items Handle emails and phone calls directly from facility administration Annual updating of House Stock and MD lists for accuracy Assist with paperwork (checklists, labels, cards, etc.) for COVID clinics Other tasks as assigned by the QA Manager
Hours:9:00am-5:30pm; Monday-Friday
Quality Assurance Representative Qualifications:
Experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy and customer servicepreferredShould be a National Certified Pharmacy Technician Courteous and polite phone skills Computer literate Detail oriented and organized Must be able to multitask Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills Must be able to think critically and solve problems efficiently
