The Team Lead, Manufacturing and Kitting is responsible for the oversight and coordination of manufacturing and kitting processes ensuring production assembly cells are actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule. Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor management as appropriate.
What you'll be doing:

• Lead and direct manufacturing staff, ensuring optimal performance and productivity
• Performs routine assembly and labeling tasks to build final assemblies by following Standard Operating Procedures and adhering to GMP.
• Generates required documentation to complete the Device History Record (DHR).
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Able to react to changes productively and to perform other essential tasks assigned.
• Assists Operations management team in creating and implementing line processes and procedures.
• Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring to the table:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years' experience in assembly/production of medical devices, or related setting
• 2+ years of lead/supervisory experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills including the ability to work well with both line employees and management.
• Ability to read schematic and verify parts before assembly.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational abilities.
