The YMCA of Snohomish County is a strong, $42 million association driven by 900 dedicated leaders. We proudly operate six full-facility branches, 31+ and growing school-age care sites, early learning centers, and preschools, and we recently expanded our impact with the purchase of an overnight camp.
As our flagship branch, the Everett Family YMCA is a cornerstone of the community. With a 2025 budget exceeding $7 million, our 60,000-square foot facility serves more than 5,500 households in the Everett area. Since first opening in 1901 and unveiling our state-of-the-art facility in 2019, we have built strong partnerships with the City of Everett, Everett Public Schools, and Providence Medical Center. The Everett Ys programs evolve to meet community needs, offering signature initiatives in child care, family programs, aquatics, health and wellness, seniors, youth sports, Big Brothers Big Sisters, youth leadership, and summer camps.
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for building relationships, driving impact, and growing community partnerships.
