you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of key talent
attraction initiatives in the United States, in support of Linde's Talent
Acquisition strategyYou will leverage
data to identify opportunities to attract, engage and hire talent and provide
detailed action plans to execute these strategies across all business units and
functions in the United StatesYou will ensure all talent acquisition process and
practices deliver equitable outcomes and make recommendations on improvementYou will create and lead sourcing strategy, including
non-traditional and innovative approaches to attracting talent, as well as lead
the business case, and execution including funding model, program management
and continuous improvementOwn overall US based TA
communication and progress update, program objectives, and recommendations for
business leaders to align to overall goals, including communication and
execution of communication and branding materialEnsure that talent acquisition processes/practices deliver equitable
outcomes and make recommendations and engage with appropriate stakeholders to enhance
practices (e.g. job descriptions, assessment tools, approaches, etc.)Develop KPI measurement strategy and
dashboard; use data to inform strategy and initiatives, tracking metrics across
all business units and functions in the United States, with regular reporting
on progress and areas of opportunityYou will be the owner and
thought leader on external partners, identify sources and onboard the
portfolio of partners needed to create a wider pool of high potential talentsAdvise/lead on campus
strategy, events, and partners including campus data and insights, calendar of
events and integrated metrics to report out on campus diversity results to key
stakeholdersLead early career hiring strategy including campus and alumni
recruiting efforts
