Part Time Parts Delivery/Warehouse (Finance)

Overview

This position is responsible for delivering parts to our customers as required. Warehouse responsibilities to include, shipping & receiving, stocking/organizing stock room and processing parts and core returns for the parts department.

Part Time Position: 25 hours per week, hours would normally be between 8:00am-1:00pm or 9:00am - 2:00pm, Mon-Fri. Pay Range: $18.00-22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts/consumables to customers as needed.
• Pickup parts returns/cores from customers.
• Prepare, package, document, and ship parts and materials to internal/external customers.
• Inspect items received for damage and correct quantity. Prepare and report discrepancies or damage to parts or materials received.
• Assist with organizing and storing items in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and at least two years related experience.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) helpful.
